and people think landlords like you (and me) are greedy. It's like they have zero clue what it takes to fix the fucked up remains of the home we rented them. Stay strong! my last renter cost me $29k to repair my real hard wood floors. Seriously, someone or something even shit on my floor. 🤦🏼
