some people only leave negative reviews, never a positive they forget about the 20+ decent meals they had previously. I've been going to the same Chinese for 9 years, on a rare occasion there will be something not upto the usual standards but it's just one of those things, it happens

Bro I completely get it , I had a complain from a customer (local, used to be regular) saying That we Didn’t Pepperoni on her Pepperoni pizza 😹 , it was a new member of staff she put PP under the cheese , when i showed this customer that PP is under the cheese she said i am lying, i opened her pizza and showed her the pp on one of the slices she replied yes its only on this slice my god i was so furious, i wanted to rip that pizza apart and punch her lol ! But still i explained her saying go home & go through every slice and if you don’t find PP then please come back & i will make a new pizza ! She said if i don’t find anything i will call the police that you are doing a fraud here 😹😹😹However she came back after few Days and bought same pizza again without even apologising or saying anything about this incident , I just let it go 🤷🏽♂️. I think Some people are too lonely and maybe they just want Some Drama / attention in their lives 🥳 😭

Ngl your customer service when things don’t go right is absolutely amazing. I had an issue with an overpayment and explained it fully, I was met with professionalism and respect as a customer and I would definitely come back. Some people just do too much

I get your frustrations about the complaints people are so entitled. But the ranting about the low business - maybe you should think about the struggles families are going through to get by. People can’t afford to put food on their table let alone spend £13+ on a potato

before I started my own business I used to look at businesses sideways wondering how they can get away with charging so much. It's only when you're doing it yourself you realise how small the margins are. The corner shops literally can't afford to let you off that 50p they used to because that might be all of their margin right there
