I've gone to the movies by myself WITH MY HUSBAND. He wanted to see a horror film and I wanted to see a comedy so we split off, watched our separate films and then debriefed in the car afterwards. You are not lame! Dining out, going to the movies, going on holidays, they're all perfectly normal things to do by yourself
