Not all responds to trauma very well, we all have different coping mechanism. I understand this content, I just don't understand how people in the comment take this out of context and uses his point to invalidate how other person respond to what happened to them. Let's all be an open minded. Y'all might not have victim mentality as you claim but you clearly have a superiority mentality by thinking you're better just because you handle your shitty life better. Not all have someone to lean on, or privilege to go and seek therapist or have a strong mind even having the absence of privilege and professional therapist care. I honestly take it as a compliment now 😂 I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2019, was an addict, and absolute mess and tried to take my own life. I’ve worked super hard on it all since then and am now at that point where I even had a co worker say in a snarky way last year say that I was “too smiley” and “one day real life would hit me”. Actually made me feel good because hey, that means I’ve come so far now that no one knows who I used to be 😂
