majority of people are both, acting like you dont have this feature is performing & denial. How you apply it is what matters, is it unjustly being applied & the mechanism behind it. Is it used to solve situations correctly? Nobody likes receiving aggression but can we put our emotions aside to see the bigger picture or the truth behind it to help solve it
