@dailyrepsguy: This is how I progressed to being able to do 21 pull-ups in a row. Pull-ups are really hard. Nothing has made me feel stronger than getting good at pull-ups. Start with bent rows, then inverted rows, then band assisted pull-ups, and then pull-ups with no band. Progress to the next stage as the current one becomes easier. You will get there! Just stack daily wins. Then use a weighted vest or something like it to get more pull ups once you can do multiple in a row. #pullups #pullup #bodyweighttraining #homeworkout #calisthenics
