I’m devastated the thermos vacuum seals itself to where you can’t open it. The maintenance man at her school had to use pliers to get it open.

Gonna try the boiling water method tomorrow. I did put hot food in the container and my daughter said it wasn’t warm. It was in the container for about 4 hours

the thermos was glued shut i mean even hubs had a hard time opening it when it came. the whole lunch box is hard to open and close for my 5 yr old and no soups because it leaks!!!!! do not buy!

Did a practice lunch last two days- prepped thermos with boiling hot water- the first day my son couldn’t get the thermos open and both days the food was cold in the thermos after 3 hours

Dont waste your money. The thermos sealed and my 5 y/o couldnt eat the whole day. It will be my life mission to make sure nobody buys this shit. Im so mad. Even pliers wont open it
