Listen I’m not trying to fan the flames but in some things you may be right on but not all yes do i believe that the wife and mama needs to stay home and raise the children and do the house stuff like cooking and cleaning yes I do and husband gets a good job to support and provide for the family…let me share a few things with you I started out being a stay at home wife/mama and done everything around the house and husband worked at At dealerships as a mechanic not hardly making anything because at dealerships if there’s no work no pay and only a few jobs paid good and barely scrapping by trying to raise 2 children and pay bills and then years later he opened up a mechanic shop on his own and then that’s where my true test started because outside of being a wife and mama and everything that’s included in that mg husband expected me to be at his shop everyday being a mechanic helper and the secretary and running to get parts and dealing with customers and then when school let out going to get my kids and helping them with their homework and cooking and cleaning up and the children baths and getting them into bed and I myself trying to rest just to get up and start all over again so before you take potshots at even some women try walking in their shoes and just maybe you’ll know what it feels like spreading yourself so thin for the ones you love but listen God didn’t only create men to be providers just to come home and flop down thinking that’s all they have to do because it goes way deeper than that but thank you for your time

Sahm here who also helps run our business. I don’t “work” 24/7 being a mom/wife. I cook, clean, grocery shop, run kids, volunteer, lead youth service at church, but I get WAY more rest than my husband. He works 8-12 hours a day in a physically and mentally hard job. I set in my ac house after cleaning, and taking care of kids and get breaks all day. He is in the heat/cold/rain daily. He provides 100% of everything we want and need.

It doesn’t take two bc I have two kids, I work full time, and my husband never helped with anything. He did clean the lint out of the washing machine thingy last night.

I have been with my husband for 20 years. 2 kids, I live on a farm, a little one at that I do all the house clean plus have dinner on the table when he's ready to come home and turn around and add his Becky call when he's at that job. Ladies , that man will bust his butt on a day to. Day, basis for us for him to come home and have to help us clean house. No, ma'am, it doesn't work like that pamper. That man, it might not seem like he's pampering you, but you have everything you need. Everything you could desire think about it that way. It doesn't take a genius to work on a marriage

So are you saying that a man can work outside the home for 18 to 12 hours a day, 5 days a week? But the woman staying home has to work 24 hours, 7 days a week, without any help from their man. If that's the case, I think you're delusional, because those children belong to that man too, and if he's not involved, then those children are not going to be raised properly in my opinion. And I'm not the only one who feels this way. My whole husband's family is the one who had the idea for me to stay home and raise my kids. Yes, women's responsibility if they are to stay at home. Mother is to cook to clean to do the laundry grocery shopping. Get the court kids back-and-forth to school. Things like that. But when the husband gets home, it is not his time to just sit on his butt. While the woman disciplines and gives baths and gets them ready for the next day. That is a partnership. Unless a man just wants a slave
