It could have been on the bottom facing away from them so they couldn’t have seen it. Still gross and not okay but it was an accident and they would replace the whole combo it came with

it’s gross definitely but as a worker, we do have someone checking food before sending it out but we’re not allowed to touch the food at all so if it was on the bottom side they wouldn’t have been able to see it.
