@anatomymuscl: 🚨 Most people miss these warning signs... Neck pain isn't always just muscle tension. As the discs and joints in your cervical spine gradually wear down, they can irritate nearby nerves and affect how your neck functions. Early warning signs may include: ✔️ Persistent neck stiffness ✔️ Pain that radiates into the shoulder or arm ✔️ Tingling or numbness in the hands ✔️ Dizziness or balance problems in some people ✔️ Headaches that begin at the back of the head Recognizing these symptoms early is an important step toward protecting your spine health. Keep in mind that these symptoms can have many possible causes, so persistent or worsening symptoms should be evaluated by a qualified healthcare professional. 💾 Save this post so you can recognize these warning signs later. 💬 Which symptom surprised you the most? Let me know in the comments. #CervicalSpondylosis #SpineHealth #NeckPain #NerveCompression #PhysicalTherapy

Just over a year and half ago I was diagnosed with lateral cervical spondylitis c3 c4. mri showed right channel was about 65% narrower. lots of neck pain and headaches on th back of head on the surface.
a year later it all went back to normal? is it possible the bone growth disappeared or broke off?
I am lucky for now, but I feel the pain of others here...

great video, my doctor told me I have a problem with this. the MRI proved it, and he just said "I'm getting old, and I have to deal with it." I asked to see a specialist and he said "there isn't one" Canadian doctor at his finest.
