Dentist here, this is all a bs trick for her to sell her “program” cleanings are recommended every 6 months. There’s a reason why the people who skip out on the dentist for years, all of a sudden experience loose and decayed teeth

I’ve been on your system for years. I usually go about every one to two years. I went to dentist last Jan and again this month and i had lots of plaque. I swear it took her longer than the one last Jan. and the ones I’ve had after a year or two. Why do i have all this plaque? I use your system twice per day and use zellies and mouth rest.

morning dr ellie , I'm not living inthe usa and unfortunately i can't find closys or act mouthwashes anywhere and unfortunately again shipping it from abroad will increase their prices for 200% and i can't afford that every month is it ok to skip them ? or what active ingredients i should look for here ?
