I’m a daycare teacher and I potty trained Probably about 20 kids in the past two years. My hack is fruit snacks not something you Give as a snack more as a reward and they are easy to bring out of the house with you in the little packs !! And a binder for the stickers with a little chart once they get a certain amount they can get a toy from the treasure box, that was more so I can reward when they weren’t with me!!

Honestly pooping in the harder of the two for most kids, my son was the same poop was easy but when he got the pee it was so fast and a quick process. I will say what you’re doing is what I did, the timer was extra helpful! It was fun for him, I did 45 minutes that seemed of a sweet spot! ; I used the trainers in the car after he was potty trained.

We practiced blowing bubbles on the toilet. It releases their pelvic floor. Therapists told me to do this with my oldest who struggled going #2. Worked like a CHARM for my second. Will be using again for my twins when its time.

Just a heads up: the upairy undies are not actually leak proof. The pee very very quickly seep through all the layers, onto the clothes/anything they are sitting on. My son also acts like they are diapers, so he doesn't care if he pees in them (despite being mostly pee trained in regular training undies). They help prevent puddles, and hug the legs better so pee doesn't just go straight onto the floor but that's about it... I do hope you have better success with them than us, just wanted you to be prepared for the leaking. 🫶

Honestly I have potty trained multiple children because I worked at a daycare and in the beginning 15-30 minutes is what worked for them. Also with potty training my own children just allowing them to be naked was the best as well. Good luck got this.

I’ve potty trained my kids in preschool. Bring them to the potty every 30 minutes. Don’t sit to long. Read a book. Do they wake up from a nap dry?? That’s when you know they are ready!!!

so my girls (twins) will be 2 on Saturday we have been trying on and off since 18 months when they started to show signs of wanting to potty train . but they forreal hate geting changed so what do u recommend. we do have the regular training pants and 2 floor pots
