if you're not getting paid for being a delivery driver then you need to find another job. it's not the customers responsibility to pay your salary or your wage for doing your job. the tip is an optional reward. I already paid for the pizza which means the company that provided the pizza needs to be paying their employees

"we don't need to tip" then don't use a service that has been universally accepted as a tip based job since the beginning of pizza delivery. you chose to order delivery. pick it up yourself if youre that worried about giving someone 2 extra dollars from a 40$ order of pizzas
