Premier League Official Trailer English football returns. Today, 21 August 2026, another chapter of the Premier League begins. At 3:00 p.m. Eastern, the Emirates Stadium opens its doors as defending champions Arsenal begin the 2026/27 season against newly promoted Coventry City. For more than three decades, the Premier League has been defined by rivalries, title races, legendary players and moments decided in the final seconds. Manchester United. Arsenal. Liverpool. Chelsea. Arsenal return as champions after ending a 22-year wait for the Premier League title, led by Bukayo Saka and Martin Ødegaard as they attempt to defend their crown. Manchester City enter another campaign with Erling Haaland and Phil Foden, looking to reclaim the throne. Liverpool have Mohamed Salah, one of the defining Premier League players of his generation. Chelsea place their ambitions on Cole Palmer, whose rise has made him one of English football’s biggest stars. Manchester United look toward Bruno Fernandes and Matheus Cunha as Old Trafford searches for its way back to the summit. Tottenham, Newcastle, Aston Villa and the rest of England will have ambitions of their own. Twenty clubs. Thirty-eight matches each. One Premier League trophy. From the Emirates to Old Trafford. 🔥 Mobility Moves You’ve Never Tried Before! ⬇️ 💪 New to mobility—or just craving a reset? This short flow builds strength, flexibility, and control while opening your joints and restoring ease. Aim for 30-60 seconds of each movement, 1-3 sets. ⚠️Move slow, follow cues, and honor your range of motion. Never force it. If it hurts, stop. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. Hip Mobility Flow: Begin in 90/90 with the left knee forward, hand behind for support. Keep spine long, hips square, and core engaged. Press into your hand and legs to lift hips, sweeping the right arm across the chest to spiral open. Lower down, externally rotate the right knee, draw it in, and extend the leg skyward (bend if needed, flex toes for stretch). Return and repeat. Locust to Dolphin Flow: Lie face down with arms extended. Engage glutes and core to lift arms, chest, and legs, then lower. Place forearms under shoulders, tuck toes, and lift hips into dolphin pose. Keep neck and spine neutral, avoid collapsing the upper back, and bend knees if needed. Add a single leg lift for extra challenge. Hip to Boat Flow: Sit tall with knees bent, feet flat, and hands behind for support. Press through your feet to glide hips forward, then lower back down. Lift feet into a hollow hold, tuck pelvis, and draw knees to chest. Keep shoulders relaxed and core strong to protect your spine. Modify if wrists or neck feel strained. Downdog Flow: Begin in child’s pose with arms forward. Inhale to cow on hands and knees, opening the chest. Exhale to downward dog, lengthening the spine, and gently tap one hand to the opposite leg (shin, ankle, or thigh) without forcing. Return through cow back to child’s pose and repeat on the other side. Keep knees bent in downdog if hamstrings are tight. #yoga #mobility #stretching #workoutmotivation #motivation
