Driving is a privilege not a right. I always try to let the other driver merge or pull out in traffic as that extra 10 seconds it takes me to do it might mean the difference between them getting to say a final goodbye to someone special, see their baby born, get the job that changes their life or be there for their friend when ‘crisis’ hits.

I agree with this. I actively help and allow people in, it’s much less stressful than getting angry or upset, it’s not worth it and hopefully they will pay it forward 😁

I used to commute 35 minutes to work in LA. You could 'zone out'. Here, you are 100% engaged at all times, even on the motorway. THATS why people here are astounded if you drive to another city and back in one day 2 hours each way. Try driving 100 miles in Wales. Whew.

"driving karma" if you let someone else out, they will let someone out and it all goes around in a big circle until you're heading home and someone let's you out. That's my policy, always let someone out every day on my way to work, but it's purely self interest 😆

I learned to drive in England. I now live in Derry in Northern Ireland. Omg. No one uses indicators especially going around roundabouts. It’s like Russian Roulette. My philosophy has always been be considerate. Let out/ make way for at least 3 drivers a day. Hopefully they’ll pass it forward 🙏🏼
