Add 1 egg and 2 tbsp ghee or melted butter, then mix gently. If the dough feels dry, add 2–3 tbsp milk little by little until you get a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into small, smooth balls without any cracks. For Rabri Boil 1 liter milk and reduce it to ¾ liter. Add ¼ cup sugar, crushed cardamoms, and saffron, then simmer for 5 minutes. Place balls in boiling milk until balls gets soft and milk gets thick Now pour it in serving bowl Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds. Chill for 3–4 hours before serving.
