When I make homemade Alfredo, it has Parmesan cheese in it and heavy cream with garlic salt and pepper and fresh grated Parmesan, but I love you guys keep on cooking🥰

Next time add a bunch of Parmesan cheese to the heavy cream. It will make it thicker

If you don’t add Parmesan cheese, fresh grated, you’re only making a cream sauce, not an Alfredo sauce. Alfredo has grated Parmesan cheese added to it while it’s cooking. That’s what helps thicken it up.

Need parm cheese in the sauce and I would have broiled that lasagna for a minute or three to brown and bubble up that cheese lol
