@insideedition: A mysterious creature has been baffling a neighborhood in Seattle, Washington. It's been spotted running across yards and climbing onto porches, but no one seems to know what it is! Neighbor Kiana Hall gave it a name, Jimothy, a combination of Jim and Timothy. Dr. Werber tells Inside Edition the animal is a raccoon with short spine syndrome.

Be kind it’s an elderly raccoon. We all get old at some point and we all develop arthritis, etc. This elderly raccoon deserves to be treated with respect💕

😱 Ladder Slip + Running Chainsaw = A Cut Above Disaster! This footage is a terrifying reminder: A tool that cuts wood cuts flesh just as easily. A worker was balancing on a ladder, operating a powerful chainsaw. Suddenly, the ladder’s feet slipped on the uneven surface. As the worker fell, the still-running chainsaw came crashing down with him. By a miracle, the blade missed his body—but it was inches from severing his limbs. Ladders and power tools are a dangerous mix. This wasn’t a "clumsy fall"—it was the dangerous cost of poor ladder placement, loss of three points of contact, and operating a high-risk tool from an unstable platform. 🚨 Non-Negotiable Ladder & Power Tool Safety Rules Always secure the base: Never trust a ladder on dirt or uneven ground. Use ladder levelers or anti-slip feet to lock it in place. No power tools on ladders: Whenever possible, use pole saws or elevated work platforms for cutting tasks. If you must use a saw on a ladder, secure yourself with a harness. Maintain 3 Points of Contact: You cannot hold a heavy saw and maintain three points of contact. This is a violation of basic ladder safety. Cut away from your body: Always position the saw so that if you slip, the blade falls away from you—not towards your legs or torso. A slipping ladder and a running saw turned a routine trim into a near-death experience. Don't let a shortcut cost you a limb. Share with your team: When the ladder slips, the saw follows. Secure your base, use the right equipment, and keep your grip. Your fingers depend on it. #LadderSafety #ChainsawSafety #FallProtection #WorkplaceHazards #PowerToolSafety #SafetyFirst #PreventableAccidents #ConstructionSafety
