Bi man here.. took over 30 years to realize/feel comfortable… I would say at least half of people are bi or have those tendencies but don’t do anything about it because of societal taboos and judgement… once your comfortable with yourself you see it all around you

I will say that when I dated (and fell in love with) a woman for the first time. It was so life-changing, and earth shattering. I'm technically bi/queer, but nothing beats (for me) the intensity of loving and being with a woman. I wish the same for you. ❤️🩹

From my perspective it’s not so much staying in the closet. As a lesbian clergywoman in the years before the Church finally woke up (Presbyterian anyway), the closet was mandatory. It’s when Grindr crashes during GOP conventions and other large gatherings of GOP men because these men go crazy that is so vile. I’m sure there are a good number of closeted men and women in powerful positions who feel the need to keep that part of their lives hidden. But the abuse, bigotry, and harm inflicted on others who are openly living that same lifestyle is criminal. There is a closet for those who fear repercussions vocationally, and there is a closet for those living with their own self-hatred. The latter needs to have the doors blown off.
