Having an auto pay account a sticker that’s attached to my windshield and then still being told I have unpaid tolls is a rip off. Not to mention the amount they pull out each day doesn’t match up. It’s a big ass scam

I had this happen. I have a credit card linked to it, so why would they "threaten" me if not paid there will be fees? Just take the money! On another note, I shouldn't have to pay if they forgot to charge me 11 months ago!!

Literally, I get notifications that my card automatically PAID IT! I get email confirmations that it got PAID. I go on the app and see that I’m OVERDUE in invoice fees and they go high up to $10 if I don’t catch them on time!

One time the same tollway read my plate but read it wrong so I was never charged. I figured I just got lucky and mine was missed or something. Then months later I got mail telling me I owed 30 dollars in fees. I called was told they made the mistake and it was brought to 15 dollars. Idk why I was still charged fees for their mistake but it took so long to reach that point I just held my tounge
