I see this every day with my wife. She will take an every day normal interaction with our son, and pick at him and dig and dig and dig until he snaps, then he’s the problem. She ruins every single day.

I was a shd for 6 months, I cleaned the house on Sunday it stayed cleaned I taught my kids how to cook simple food so they wouldn't bother us when they got hungry I also let my kids starve so when for was ready they ate and didn't just take a bite. my ex hated that I made it look easy I did nothing but go to the gym and hobbies

they put pressure on themselves to be a good parent, and they trick themselves into thinking they have to do everything and do it all perfectly like they see online, and they force their husbands to run everything by them because they can’t allow anything to go uncontrolled. And the man starts to withdraw because he can’t do anything right and has to just follow orders like an employee. And then she can’t handle the reality she has built for herself so they blame the man for not helped after they already nitpicked that help away. Everything has to go their way or they feel like a bad mom. So they refuse to allow anything of the help they keep asking for. It’s fucking wild.

100% I remember taking three months of baby leave and it was damn near a vacation. Yes parenting can be difficult at times, but it’s not as nearly hard as these mothers make it out to be

My ex wife complained that the children wouldn't do anything she told them to do, i witnessed her continuously ad task when what she had asked them to do was completed They wanted to go to town and completed the work rapidly trying to reach that goal. So she moved the finish line.

Let's all as parents (those of us that are) please agree to stop calling parenting a "job", it's a responsibility and duty. Jobs get paychecks, whereas we agreed (meaning we chose to do the act the creates children) to the role. Parenting is not a burden, and it's only as difficult as we make it, especially with all the modern conveniences at our disposal.
