Shaedy :
Consciousness: Listening to a 440/480 Hz tone can affect your attention and subjective experience especially if it's loud, repetitive, or sustained but there's no solid evidence that these frequencies by themselves produce an altered state of consciousness.
Brainwaves: Your brain can show changes in electrical activity while listening to rhythmic sounds. But 440 Hz doesn't mean your brain becomes 440 Hz. The brain operates across much lower frequency bands (delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma). With two tones at 440 and 480 Hz, the 40 Hz difference can create an auditory beat, and 40 Hz falls within the gamma-frequency range. That does not, however, mean the tones reliably force your brain into a 40-Hz gamma state.
Emotions: Music and tones can influence arousal, relaxation, tension, and mood. The effect depends heavily on volume, context, expectation, rhythm, and the individual. There's no established evidence that 440 Hz has a unique emotional effect compared with other tuning frequencies.
Reality/perception: Sound can absolutely change how you perceive things attention, time perception, mood, sensory sensitivity, etc. But there is no credible evidence that 440 + 480 Hz can alter external reality, reveal a simulation, or allow someone to perceive a hidden layer of reality.
