it’s a bit of a weird system because the way everything is assessed is so broad. i only ever did essays, so i was essentially capped at 80%, but my stem/bsc friends were frequently assessed with maths questions/multiple choice etc, so you could genuinely score 100% on their tests! bizarre to say the least

The classifications are too broad. I finished with a 69.4% and got a 2:1 but someone with a 59.6% also gets a 2:1. The attainment is worlds apart yet the grade is the same

Honestly, in most Europe it doesn't matter what grade you get at uni. It is either pass or fail. Parents don't care about grades, employers (90% +) don't care,.... So, in most of Europe people just want to pass, and passing is totally enough.

got exams in three weeks property law and trust law for my other modules I get 70% 75% 66% etc on coursework but for my problem questions is an absolute stinker and get 61 tbf avg for cohort is 61 but any tips on problem questions?

@enj0eneering the thing is that most of Europe doesn't even have classification of degrees. I never heard anyone in continental Europe saying I got third it is not worth anything, in Europe it is either you pass or you fail, nobody cares about the grades once you are at uni. Even my parents are like, as long as it a pass, it doesn't matter. Problem in the UK, is that there are too many graduates. When 70% of a country has a degree, a degree is not worth the same as it is in countries where only 20% have degrees. There is a strong vocational system in Europe, when in the UK it is either no education at all or Batchelor.
