We switched formula due to suspected CMPA. It’s been almost 1 week and baby boy has improved so much!😭 I feel so bad cause he was obviously so uncomfortable prior to his 1m appointment and us making the switch.

It took so long for us to realize this was our little one’s problem because the nurse always said his symptoms were normal things and to look for bloody stool or rashes and larger breakouts which he didn’t have. But we can’t find a formula he’ll actually drink that agrees with him.

What formula did they put him on? My daughter has all those symptoms beside poor weight gain. I breast feed and formula my pediatrician put her on gentle ease and she was suffering so bad. She also has reflux. My pediatrician told me all her symptoms are from over feeding. And her rash is baby acne. My gut is telling me no there is something seriously wrong

My baby sleeps at night but it seems like our days just fluctuate between screaming, being hungry and little naps only if held. We have another appointment tomorrow where I am going to ask about this. I’m just glad baby hasnt projectile vomited in a week 🫣

I will be consulting my pediatrician! My son has a lot of these symptoms. Always seems fussy, tender stomach, his poops are runny, hiccups a lot, sneezes a lot and super gassy.

Isn’t most these reflux symptoms, that’s what our bubs was diagnosed with. He has all except the weight, he is gaining great

Mine was diagnosed at 2 weeks due to the symptoms we were having and I knew something was wrong. Blood in stool found through a test and our dr said ready to feed alimentum cuz the powder has corn and can upset their tummy

We switched to Elecare formula and it worked like magic. Within 2 days all his symptoms cleared minus some reflux and he’s such a happier baby!

How do I know the difference in this & just reflux issues 🥲my first born had a milk sensitivity and the symptoms all seem the same beside blood in the stool which my first never had either 😩

My baby is 4 weeks old and is experiencing this exact thing! We switched between two diff milk formulas and it was terrible, put on famotidine & hypoallergenic formula today so hopefully it’ll clear up! 😭

Started on Elecare immediately after birth and still have all the CMPA symptoms that my other two had 😅 3 weeks old and just waiting for it to improve since no other option 😩

Ugh. Mine has the same symptoms. I guess I need to talk to my doctor. It’s so hard because I’m exclusively pumping. I’d either need to stop or change my diet, which is so hard. I did it with my first. I don’t think I can do it again.

We’re deep in this stage right now! We’ve moved to allergy formula, he was doing better but not 100% turns out he also has reflux so going to add thicker to his formula! Sending strength to us all!
