Yeah I’m a person who needs to be silent while emotional. It’s horrible if I speak when upset or really disappointed. It’s protecting everyone involved. I regulate myself first.

But then communicate you need that space. I have my boyfriend space from seeing me cuz hes going thru something. He hasn’t talked to me since Thursday. Didn’t bother saying he didn’t want to talk either. I will not be reaching out. Because this was his choice. I didn’t do anything. This has to do with stuff from before me.

Currently in a period of silence. They’re in a transition period and I’ve been needing to step back to touch basis with my self, so we agreed to take the month to ourselves. I’ve been good at regulating, but the anxiety crept in, telling me the silence is able to last so long because there’s a lack of care. That anxiety is the exact reason I need to stick to this time apart. I don’t want to project hurt or any skewed feelings on someone who i know does care.
