@mattandlibby: Happy Monday from Coastal Alabama! ☀️ It was a busy weekend along the Gulf Coast with the Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo, the Blue Angels, and the Billfish Classic. Today, though, I’m trading steaks for broth as I get ready for another colonoscopy tomorrow morning. 😅 This will be my 8th or 9th colonoscopy thanks to genetics, and while the prep never gets any easier, regular screenings are worth it. If you’re due for one, don’t put it off—it could save your life. 💬 Question for y’all: What’s your best colonoscopy prep tip? My biggest piece of advice is to start the prep earlier than the instructions so you can actually get some sleep before your procedure.
