Biggest red flag is a sob story on day one. My ex coworker always had a sick kid, sick pup, a grand uncles cousins neighbor that passed away, sprained foot, broken car and that was just the first three months I worked there. Her stories never added up either

I have a coworker who doesn’t want to do any work. One day I asked the whole team chat if someone could respond to something that was left unanswered. I didn’t know who was on call since they were switching up with people and the person who was on call asked me if I could do the work because she hadn’t done many before. We are all new and had to learn so her excuse was lame but I later realized that she didn’t realize she said that in front of the whole team including our bosses. She switched up pretty past fast and said she would do it. And days after that she tried to look valuable and busy by doing things to get the bosses attention to make it look like she was working. Bullies come in all forms
