Context: Vaida Fedikovich, 18, says she was working the drive-thru when a customer became upset about the wait times. "She was like, 'I've been sitting here for 15 minutes saying, 'hey, hey, hey, hey, hey," said Fedikovich. Fedikovich says she briefly closed the window to grab a clipboard so she could take the customer’s order by hand. That’s when she pepper sprayed the worker. She has now quit her job, and the customer has not yet been identified. This was back in March 2026.

that's somebody's baby. that's somebody's kid. regardless of her being 18, she's somebody's daughter. what could have been the reason for pepper spraying a drive thru worker? I don't see any reason here why that would have been a reasonable reaction.

They just sprayed chemicals not meant for consumption into a commercial kitchen. Beyond battery, hit them with every possible health code violation and, if the state has rules on tampering with food, then those charges too.

regardless of what was said before this, the driver had no reason the pepper spray the worker. pepper spray is a self defense weapon. not a "somebody hurt my feelings" weapon
