Next time hold your trim up a quarter inch off of the floor so it doesn't rot and put the right type of bracket in there that has a standoff plate

or when recasting the concrete form a vertical stub, and/or drill a s/s threaded bar into the centre of the post and then add a nut and washer so the post sits 20mm off the concrete
