I saw some comments. no . amon is stronger than ozai. but not all Korra villains are. Zaheer and his gang stand no chance since ozai is rustless. kuvira, maybe, but still debatable. unalack? depends. unaavatu win, but since that can only happend during fixed time , ozai wins 9999times. that 1 time would be him loosing during harmony convergence. and that is if he let the unification of those two, which is unlikely
