My sister had a medullablastoma at aged 30 and is thriving at 50 now. She was even able to have children after she was told she wouldn’t be able to after the radiation. Best wishes to your family!

my xhusband, best friend was dx with Medulloblastoma at 32, it was located in his 4th ventrical. They were nervous about splinter cells in his spine and hip since it was moving through the spinal fluid. The prognosis wasn't the best on many levels. He is an electrician in NYC we were told he may not be able to d o that work anymore, it could affect his speech ect.... Well he will be 51 in Jan and is doing great. Some vertigo issues and short term memory but like he says " his new normal" We have since met several adults with this dx. Voicesagainstbraincancer.org was such a helpful outlet for us. we have a son and we were told after the possibility of having another naturally would be difficult, but we did Thankfully. im wishing you much hope and prayers but know there is a light at the end of this tunnel! He will survive and thrive!!
