I am so proud of you. My family and I went through the same thing. We ended up buying land in illinois 30mins from the city and being owner builder.. Paid half the cost the developer quote us. God has a plan just trust it. Blessings

Don’t feel bad! My 1st time home buyers experience was horrible! I was supposed to close on in July and I closed in September!!! The biggest problem was COMMUNICATION!!!! You got this next time you will be mentally prepared and I PROMISE ITS ALL WORTH IT!!!
