Never take a field sobriety test. You are allowing the cop to pronounce you guilty them you are stuck having to prove your innocence in court instead of innocent until proven guilty.

I think anytime Police get you out of the car to pass the test. He should also be able to pass the test which I doubt if he can because it’s all on interpretation so if he’s interpreting what I do I get interpret what he’s doing, but no, he has qualified immunity, so he’s above the law.
