We packed a whole charcuterie board- salami prosciutto, cheese cubes and crackers, dissolved packets of lemonade in our water bottles and we had a great time watching movies and snacking in the plane.

Dumb question: in the lounges, there is a "snack like area, & there is sit down service, more like a restaurant. I am assuming that the snack area is free, but ths restaurant area is not! Am I correct?

The $650 fee to reup my delta Amex reserve was not worth it just to gain access to the lounge 2-3 times a year.

Million miler here🙋🏻♀️. I am completely on board with using airport lounges and packing my own! I carry a 24oz shaker bottle and packs of crystal light to make my own drinks and also carry this on the plane. In addition to helping on price now that one company owns an EXTREMELY high number of vendors in the airport, it is almost impossible to find healthy food if you run out or just forget!
