He literally walking around with my confirmation number helping other folks because his original reason for getting it was to ESCALATE on me. But when I pointed out he was only treating ME this way, he just walked around and helped everyone else until it was my turn in line! THEN, he still didn’t let me talk to an agent… like he was going to PROVE that he was gonna make do what he said but the outcome wasn’t what he expected thus his “embarrassment”…

I know you right cuz that's how we treat each other! I experience this a lot in stores Cashier black checking out a customer,im black walk in line waiting, Cashier never acknowledge me. Soon as a white person walk up,Cashier looks up and says,ima be with you soon. Really,I guess im invisible standing here!
