Not typically a Canadian thing to have huge portions. But what I will say we take our steak dinners seriously lol 😂 those are very generous.

The Keg (my fav) has one 20 oz rib steak (the weight must include the bone) and some 12 oz steaks but also a 6z & 7 oz steaks. That photo looks like prime rib which ranges from 10-18 oz. Definitely a to go box for left-overs.

When my husband and I were in London 2 years ago, I'd say the portions in the restaurants were similar or equal to Toronto...not fast food, restaurant food both in medium to high end restaurants.
