no really it is a quick switch up when you recognize it’s all just you vs you. whatever you’re placing your awareness on and identifying with will be your reality. these labels like “depression, ADHD, disorders” etc keep us stuck if we keep attaching them to ourselves and identifying with them! because there is no such thing as labels until our awareness gives life to them. you’re actually just awareness when you strip away the ego or character that you attach to to keep yourself small and limited aka suffering ! so proud of you btw! i did very similar things 🤝

I do laundry in the order it has to be packed. Like all the t shirts first, then pants, then jackets. After hanging and washing. Then I pack them in the basket in that order. Which leads to packing it straight into the cupboard from there
