We need to stop normalizing cheating and acting like it’s just an inevitable part of relationships. Cheating is a choice. You can be unhappy, fall out of love, want someone else, or have problems in your relationship—and you still have the option to leave instead of betraying someone behind their back. Explaining why people cheat is fine, but understanding the reason doesn’t mean we have to excuse the behavior. We should be making honesty and accountability normal, not infidelity.

If she is not comfortable with his behavior in any capacity— she leaves. There isn’t negotiating this type stress and dis-ease. She will eventually develop an incurable autoimmune disease if she continues down this path.. just leave and find a person who is capable and in alignment.

cheating is bad but I don't think it's weak. first of all I agree with 99.9% of the thing that she talks about This one I think comes from a little bit of bias I think sometimes women will say cheating is weak or cowardly because it's a very hurtful choice. but we just have to be kind of honest I mean.... The reason why some guys do it it's because no they don't want to lose their family their kids their pension pain alimony I don't think that's weak I think it's just using their common sense also I don't know if we talk about cheating enough as the reasons because it's something that happens so often but we always treat it like it doesn't it's a very difficult topic to discuss because there's so much emotion involved into it but I wish someone would discuss this topic from a more analytical standpoint maybe gathering data because of so many people are doing this there's something more I think to discuss. And that doesn't mean count the men that are cheating right now and their wives and their wives think they're loyal like they'll just they just never know and they'll never find out it's a fascinating topic
