She was given a very HIGH dose of Ambien and still could not sleep. That should have been a MASSIVE warning that she was psychotic and she should have been involuntarily committed. She was failed completely

the husband is absolutely at fault for leaving the children alone in her care. . the doctors involved should all be investigated for the over medicating . and the insurance that denied her inpatient care needs to be held accountable for not allowing her to get necessary treatment
