Genuinely curious: how do you balance the “you’re 13 and need to dress age appropriately” with her big sister being the gorgeous Alix? I’ve got nieces and am all for body positivity, but like…I don’t want them having the wrong expectations. Being a girl is already hard enough! 🫠

She’s been in a lot of adult situations she has older sisters on line. Shes following their lead so she is growing up faster. You and she need to remember that 13 and keep boundaries and communicate open. Good luck

Maybe become the parents that chauffeur. Not helicopter but be the one that wants to take her and her friends. Be the house that the kids want to hang out at, etc. it will help easy some of the nerves and you will probably be able to have more open conversations

As someone who raised a feisty 13 year old into a fabulous young woman now….hold on to her. 13 is young, she’s NOT 16. But she will try to convince you she is. But always be kind. Talk to her about the tub top, in a respectful way but let her know being sneaky is not going to work.
