I've always stated . GW's IS THE BEST BBQ JOINT IN ALL OF TEXAS. I'd put it up against any other bbq joint. Truly mind blowing experience when you try their food.

Love Teddy’s. GW’s was wayyyyy too expensive for its taste. For three people, I spent $70. That was only for brisket sandwiches and side with drink. Crazy expensive.

We need to try this place, been told great things and we looooove BBQ. Side note: I was very disappointed in Teddy’s BBQ when I went. I paid 30 cents short of $30 for a baked potato and ONE pork rib! And this was 4 years ago! I’d imagine it’s more expensive now. The smoked flavor was not great, i know they use post oak, which I’ve had before and loved, but not Teddy’s. It was called El Jefe baked potato and it was a small potato, the brisket slice was so fatty I was severely disappointed. You can tell they don’t trim their brisket well on purpose: more fat on your plate = more $ in their picket. Rendered fat can be delicious and is important for a good brisket, but too much is disgusting. GW’s looks amazing, multiple friends highly recommend it. Will be going soon!
