I genuinely enjoy your content, but I think the problem is that YOURE missing what people are saying. Being debt free, living minimally, not over spending is absolutely fantastic! What doesn’t make sense is using a 15 year old towel or not just buying a $20 bag of toilet paper. Be frugal and live life with money saved and still travel and do all the things, but don’t live in poverty when you can buy a new $8 towel and some toilet paper. 🤷🏻♀️

I’ve been poor and frugal my whole life, and some of your budget tips are great. But I draw the line at using toilet paper from the dumpster. When I worked in offices or food service the only reason we’d ever throw an industrial sized roll like that out is when it was contaminated by urine, feces, or people trying to clean needles with them (if the dispensers uncovered). Just bc it looks clean doesn’t mean it is. That’s one way to get a horrible infection or disease that’ll cost thousands in medical bills
