I assume the boat generates electricity when the motor run. What would it cost to run the boat at idle to generate elec?

Best thing I did was get star link and don’t Verizon Internet. I can have 13 people on my star link and it’s still running at high speed. I charge them 10 bucks a month. I don’t pay anything for Starling everyone else does.

Realistically that's not bad at all! Way better than I was expecting honestly. I highly recommend Starlink, I live in a very rural area with no service whatsoever, and Starlink has yet to fail us for years now. It went out once during a really hard storm but was only out maybe 15 minutes

I don't think I could do the tight quarters year round, but a great 2nd home for summer maybe and those expense aren't bad. Sadly I pay near double that for our Healthcare (almost $1900mo).

I have Verizon and it works great. pretty much everywhere except for Kinnikinnick. when I travel it works in all of the states and even in the mountains. it's more expensive but definitely worth it
