One of the biggest LEGO sets to date! Set was provided by LEGO for the review | Sponsored LEGO Icons set #10294 Titanic was released on November 8th, 2021. It consists of 9090 pieces and costs 679.99 USD / 679.99 EUR / 2899,99 PLN. What I like: - correct me if I’m wrong but it’s the longest set to date. Thing is just massive - 135cm (53 in.)! Photos or videos won’t tell you how big it is. Naturally it’s a gem in every collection and an ultimate display piece. - At a first glance it may look boring and repetitive, but it’s totally opposite and in fact we are building a lot of details inside and outside. Grand staircase, cabins, dining room, smoking lounge, reading lounge and swimming pool and outside the iconic bridge, lifeboats, benches, cargo crane and more. - We can easily split it to 3 sections and observe how it looks and inside. Connection of these sections is really clever and they won’t disconnect when you don’t want it. You can see on my video that the whole ship stands on single stand and is not breaking. - There is working dummy engine inside. - There are no stickers. What I don’t like: - However, the hull is a bit monotonous to build. While inside we have it more diverse (but on a scale of 1:200 we can’t expect anything other than a microscale, the hull is repeating the same thing 300 times.
