The concept of a ban for a feature that’s in game is crazy anyways. Your game you play to have fun will punish you for leaving if it’s a killer you genuinely can’t stand.

what was the point of adding bots if they’re still gonna keep the matchmaking ban 😭 like is it not better for someone to dc at the beginning and you get a bot that at least does gens than a player that does nothing the whole game cause they don’t wanna play it and my wifi is also shit so it dies every other match 😭 I don’t want a 24 hour ban ty

the windows update made my dbd start crashing but i didn’t know what it was yet and i got a 30min ban even tho i got a “crash report” after every time. like clearly im not dc’ing intentionally

they just need to get rid of the matchmaking ban all together. I get banned when I have the option to abandon because im on 1st hook, everyone else is hooked on their 2nd and I just dont feel like sitting there until everyone dies.

In the last 4 days I got disconnected from a match randomly at least twice in one day. Not only me but my friends sometimes as well and it’s not fault of the internet connection from our side and one time when I was playing killer match. Got banned as well for 5 minutes, it’s ridiculous.

I agree with a system that bans you for leaving, but what they need to do next is allow you to reconnect to the game if you leave. they are at the stage where if you leave, your character becomes a bot, now they need to make it so when you reconnect, you use your character that became a bot

I got a 30 min ban due to the game randomly disconnecting me then saying there was a matchmaking issue in the lobby it wasn't even due to my wifi cos it disconnected everyone in the lobby u would think these billion dollar company's would be able to make a system that detects when someone clicks the leave button so when someone actually disconects because of wifi issues it dosnt ban you but no dbd are lazy

I’m sorry but to be fair, if your internet is bad, you shouldn’t be playing in the first place.. like why would you ruin your teammate’s game and not get a ban? and how are you even having fun on high ping, missing every skill check and having chases that last 5secs? just a pain for everyone, and I’m really not saying this to be rude or mean, it’s just common sense

I lost SEVEN grade progress bc my controller died and I couldn’t hit the skill checks on second hook state and it counted as self killing

I get those bans are dumb, but for a game where people disconnect over so many small things this aint bad stop complaining. If your wifi went out and u got 30min break thats just on you. And if the game would give bans depending on disconnect or quit people would just turn their wifi off to quit
