@stablesidefarmstand: Everything’s better with browned butter… So that’s the theme of the weekend! And I have to say, I’m nearly sold out! 😳 Before you say it…yes I caved and bought some new deeper pans to brown my butter in. They’re great and I love that I can compartmentalize the amount for each recipe I’m making. It does take a tad longer to brown as it’s deeper but that’s ok. Here are the baking times: 1 pack (4 sticks) took about 40 minutes at 350 2 pack (8 sticks) took about an hour 3 packs (12 sticks) took about 1.5 hrs I did have the oven crammed so that likely slowed the time too. But zero spillage and I hope yall feel safer now 😆🤣 Come back tomorrow and I’ll share how I store and use this delicious butter. #homemade #farmstand #baking #butter
