it in fact does not look fancy...its a barn. it's minimalist decor and I'm tired of it. minimalist is not fancy just expensive.

My friend did waitstaff training here. fine dining places like this are extremely strict in the way that servers must conduct themselves. Things can only be served with certain hands and non-food must be served with another, they have to be super observant and alert, and you have to walk a certain way in certain directions. My friend was given a whole ass packet with codes and rules and explanations and whatnot
