I get the intent, and this would be cool as wearable art collection, but if you're actually hoping to help victims this isn't it. punks were spiked out as a way to make it more difficult for cops to arrest them by grabbing their wrists/neck/shoulders, so there's a dozen cases of cops just smashing their teeth in, beating their stomachs. clothing cannot prevent an assault, the culture that people are raised in CAN.

Anti choking devices are things that break away easily not stay on. The fact is if someone wants to choke you dead which is one of the most time consuming ways to kill someone then they want to do it and will do it at any cost. Keep that in mind when inventing. You could even call mental health facilities tell them what you are doing and get their input . They are all about anti violence and have an abundance of protocols and research that could further add to yours !
