I wish we had more comprehensive information on the gods and these stories. Odin and Thor getting these items makes sense, but Freyr seems like a wild card.

Wonderful storytelling energy ❤️And as far as I recall The dwarf brothers also exposed Loki's attempt to cheat and demanded his head, as agreed upon in the wager. Loki managed to persuade Odin to rule that they were entitled only to his head, not his neck (meaning no beheading)—though I cannot recall if they had his mouth sewn shut instead. 😊

I love these stories! 😊 I love the Viking world better than the world of the Christians, the Muslims, the Jews, the Romans, the Greeks and the Egyptians. All religions have good stories, but as far as I'm concerned, the Viking-world is by far the best! There's a reason why the word 'King' is part of Viking.
