Happens more than you think. I pulled the sheets up to do an EKG. The toe rolled around like a top on the bed. After I took the leg leads off I just covered her up like I saw nothing. They were cutting off her foot that morning anyway. Don't worry, I told the RN on the way out of the room.

I got it out of the road but the ambulance was gone. It was a big toe. Didn’t know what to do so I called a toe truck 🤪

My first day of clinicals, the patient I was assigned to d*ed. Me and my classmate checked in and they were eating breakfast. An hour later, they coded and that was it.
